Bringing with you an intention or a situation which is effecting you. Lets then see how far the breath will take you, you may go back to your childhood or to a past life where the core issue began.
Perhaps also you are here on the day to connect deeply with source and your ancestors.
In a session of breathwork, you can cover all of this.
Failing to address our trauma can manifest into illness and unhealthy habits. Breathwork can release this and assist in creating space for what we want to bring in to our lives.
The outcome of breathwork varies, some sessions result in cathartic healing, while others lead to you retrieving valuable insights or moving past egoic states to experience the pure bliss of transcendence.
To finish off I will channel some light language that is always in your highest good & then bring in some Divine Grace Blessings.
